We have two permanent camping fields here at Bucklegrove. These are two beautiful areas with natural trees and flowering shrubs. Each has a heated facility block and individually marked and numbered pitches for tents, caravans & motorhomes. You can choose from the Strawberry Field or the Grove or more casual camping in the summer only in Tor View.
Camping check-in is 12 pm – 9 pm
This is our original touring field and has beautiful scenic views across the Mendips and Cheddar valleys.
A great place to wake up or watch the sunset.

The facility block for this field has separate men and womens showers, and a dishwashing area.
The Grove and Strawberry field are connected via a short woodland walkway.
Once used for growing succulent strawberries, this field is now home to the indoor heated swimming pool, licensed Restaurant and Bar, and children’s play park.
Strawberry Field is connected to the grove via a short woodland walkway known as Animal Grove; who will you spot on your woodland adventure?
You can hire standard grass pitches here with 10 amp hook-ups.
Plus size pitches for larger tents and tourers
The facility block for this field has separate men and womens showers, a family bathroom with baby change, accessible shower room and a large dishwashing area with a freezer for ice packs.
Summer camping only
We have a summer camping meadow, ‘Tor View,’ with abundant space and stunning views across the Cheddar Valley. There are no numbered pitches or electric hook-ups. This field is for tents only and is a dog-free area.
Tor View is open for the Whitsun half-term and summer holidays only.
