Q: What time can I arrive?

A: Check-in is from 12 noon for touring/camping pitches and 4pm for self-catering. We do not accept touring / camping arrivals during the hours of darkness for safety and disturbance reasons: 9pm latest during the summer. Self-catering holiday homes, Lodges, Cabins and Pods are welcome to arrive into the evening, anything past 9pm would need to be pre-booked with our reception team.

Q: How can I make a booking?

A: We accept bookings online via our website, or you can call 01749 870261.

Q: How much deposit do I pay and when is the balance due?

A: Deposits: £50 for each booking – this confirms your reservation – this deposit is non-refundable.

Balance Payments: Camping & Touring Pitches – on arrival.

Self-catering Holiday Homes & Cabins 4 weeks prior to arrival

Q: Do you take group bookings?

A: We welcome families and couples, along with groups and parties. We would remind all guests that we are a family friendly park at all times.

Q: How can I book a specific pitch?

A: Every endeavour will be made to allocate guests the pitch of their choice, however, it must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch. Essentially, we will do our best but cannot guarantee it.

Q: When are the swimming pools/cafe bar open?

A: The swimming pool is open every day of the year. You can find up to date opening times for the bar and restaurant on the following page here.
