The safety and well being of our guests is incredibly important to us. Every guest should enjoy a safe, clean and protected environment. We have increased our rigorous cleaning methods, this includes all shared spaces, door handles etc. You can rest assured we are doing everything we can, to make your stay with us, as safe and enjoyable as possible.

COVID – FAQ:

How will we collect the keys to our Holiday Home / Lodge / Cabin / POD?

Our team will be in contact ahead of your stay to take any remaining payments, keys will be available from reception from 5pm. Some accommodations may be ready earlier than the check-in time, should this be the case, the team will contact you to offer an earlier check-in time.

Our reception and shop will be open every day if you require assistance, we will also give you an hours of hours contact number for late arrivals / emergencies.

We have booked a Camping / Touring Pitch, what do we do on arrival at the park?

Our team will be in contact ahead of your stay to take any remaining payments, inform you of your pitch number and email you a park map and gate code. This means you can arrive at the park at an agreed time and head directly to your pitch.

Our reception and shop will be open every day if you require assistance, we will also give you an hours of hours contact number for late arrivals / emergencies.

We have booked a tent pitch, will the toilets and showers be available?

Yes, we will be encouraging all touring units that have facilities to use their own whilst staying with us. The on-site facilities are primarily for tents / Camping Cabins / POD and tourers without facilities.

Our team will be cleaning / maintaining all our blocks throughout the day.

Do the cleaning products you use, kill Coronavirus?

Our housekeeping teams are cleaning using antiviral disinfectant proven to kill Coronavirus; and which is certified to European standards EN1276 & EN14476. Our teams are increasing the cleaning frequency of high touch points in public areas and bedrooms such as switches, handles and soft furnishings. All linen and towels are thermally disinfected after every stay.

Will the Bar and Restaurant be open?

Will the Children’s Play Area and Swimming Pool be open?

Our outdoor children’s play area will be available during your stay. Our pools are now open

What checks are you doing on staff members to ensure they are healthy to work?

Nothing is more important to us that the wellbeing of our guests and team and we have clear processes for people to tell us if they are showing symptoms and cannot come in to work.

How is the health of other guests managed? Is there a process for reporting this?

Throughout the site, we have signage reminding guests if they feel unwell and recognise symptoms of COVID-19, to take the necessary steps, including calling 111 to seek NHS medical advice, notifying the Bucklegrove team and following self-isolation guidelines.
